FUFU IS THE NAME OF A STAPLE FOOD  🍲  IN WEST AND CENTRAL AFRICA  🌍 

A solid porridge made from cassava or yams and plantains. It is a staple food that is the main food, especially in the poorer regions.

FOR US, FUFU ALSO MEANS: SOMETHING SMALL OF THE ESSENTIAL 🏡 👚  🏥  🍲  📚

But this essential is needed to survive. And that can be housing, clothing, education, protection from persecution. In short, what should be part of basic rights. There are numerous aid projects and non-profit organizations that are often invisible in their work. And so verses those who need our help also disappear from our consciousness.

FUFU WAS FOUNDED AS A COLLECTIVE  ✨ WITH THE DESIRE TO SUPPORT SELECTED NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS  ❤️

in their work, to create more awareness for them and to contribute financially to their initiatives. All these organizations work with the aim of ensuring the need for something essential. Something that is necessary for survival for people affected by poverty, homelessness or lack of livelihood.

IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THIS, FUFU, IN ADDITION TO ITS MEDIA WORK 💻 , ALSO OFFERS PRODUCTS THAT ARE FAIRLY ⚖️  , SUSTAINABLY ♻️  AND ORGANICALLY PRODUCED  🌱

by selected self-employed people and artists. 20 percent of all products sold go directly to the respective organization. In addition, there is the possibility to support the organization directly with a fixed amount of money, which covers a specific assistance, such as an annual school fee, lunch money or accommodation.

HELP US TO HELP SOMEONE WHO REALLY IS IN NEED.

TO SECURE THE LEAST OF THE ESSENTIAL.

Currently supporting: Fufu Culture e.V. 

We want to enable children and young people in Lomé, the capital of Togo, to go to school by paying their school fees. In doing so, we support the non-profit organisation Fufu Culture e.V. with every article sold.

Not far from the centre of Togo's capital is a rubbish dump. Here, many children and young people living alone try to get by. In the immediate vicinity, there is a public school that looks after these street children and children from socially disadvantaged families.

The association Fufu Culture e.V. has been involved on site since 2018 and, among other things, finances school fees for the so-called forgotten children and also pays the teachers. The association was founded by Marc Kurfess with the aim of improving the difficult living conditions of people in West Africa in an altruistic and voluntary manner.
